Lady fit es un gimnasio de la ciudad de los Mochis que nació como una escuela de jazz en 1989, que con el tiempo y las necesidades de las socias se fueron integrando clases como Spinning, Box, Aerobics, Pesas, entre muchas otras clases, enfocado siempre en cubrir las necesidades de ejercitarse de las mujeres.

EN 2018 SEREMOS EL GIMNASIO PREFERIDO DE LAS MUJERES EN LA CIUDAD DE LOS MOCHIS, CON SOLIDEZ FINANCIERA, VIVIREMOS EN CONSTANTE INNOVACIÓN Y CONTAREMOS CON UN EQUIPO DE COLABORADORES ORGULLOSOS Y COMPROMETIDOS A HACER LA DIFERENCIA TODOS LOS DÍAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitas instalaciones, muy limpias, los aparatos bien cuidados. La atención de las entrenadoras es excelente, te hacen sentir muy cómoda y en familia. El único gym exclusivo de mujeres para que nos sintamos cómodas haciendo ejercicio.
Me gustaría que cerrara un poco más tarde, porque los horarios si me parecen reducidos.
 Very nice facilities, very clean, well maintained equipment. The attention of the trainers is excellent, they make you feel very comfortable and as a family. The only gym exclusively for women so that we feel comfortable exercising.
I would like it to close a little later, because the hours do seem reduced.
