Les recomiendo estos zapatos, ya que tienen diseños bonitos y de buena calidad (al menos los que compré son de piel) a un precio accesible. Al momento de atender, el personal es muy amable.
En contra:
Les recomiendo que paguen en efectivo, porque tuve un problema con un cargo duplicado (por un problema técnico de la terminal) y las personas encargadas se molestaron porque les llamé varias veces para que me enviaran la lista de movimientos con tarjeta para solicitar la aclaración en el banco. Colgaron el teléfono fijo y los celulares varias veces. Si me hubieran mandado los movimientos la primera vez que los pedí, no habría tenido que llamar varias veces.

I recommend these shoes, since they have beautiful and good quality designs (at least the ones I bought are made of leather) at an affordable price. When it comes to serving, the staff is very friendly.
Against:
I recommend that you pay in cash, because I had a problem with a duplicate charge (due to a technical problem with the terminal) and the people in charge were upset because I called them several times to send me the list of card movements to request clarification at the bank. They hung up the landline and cell phones several times. If they had sent me the movements the first time I asked for them, I would not have had to call several times.
