On the last occasions they gave her a burnt nopal with a little cheese and she did not want to eat it and the cook offered to prepare some eggs with sausage and my family member accepted then the caregivers reported this to the manager and this lady scolded me family telling her who was she to ask for something else to eat, that she wanted to be treated like a princess and that she had to eat the same as everyone else. As well as the above, many situations happened, but the last straw was that they hit her giving her towels when they were bathing her.
