You send them a message and they take time to answer, you dial them and they never answer. You arrive at the hotel and they say that your reservation is not paid.

Al llegar al hotel ( aclaro no hubo confusión con el horario esto fue aclarado por la agencia y por el hotel) ya que el vuelo llegaba por la mañana y el check in era hasta las 3 de la tarde; no se me nego el accceso ni el servicio, el personal del hotel siempre fue muy amable; el problema fue que me solicitaron el pago del hospedaje siendo que ya había sido liquidado en su totalidad 15 dias antes de la fecha de llegada, tal cual me lo solicitó la agencia. Se nos colocaron brazaletes y nos resguaradaron el equipaje en lo que personal del hotel contactaba con la agencia ya que a ellos tampoco les contestaban. Si requieren comentarios prudentes deberian proporcionar informacion y atencion prudente, ya que al surgir dudas en cuanto a los vuelos y confirmación de hospedaje, deje de recibir pronta respuesta de su parte y me vi en la necesidad de consultarlo directamente con la aerolinea y el hotel, ya que ustedes como agencia no me dieron la seguridad de que el viaje se realizaria sin contratiempos. Armbands were placed on us and our luggage was secured, in which hotel staff contacted the agency since they did not answer them either. If they require prudent comments, they should provide information and prudent attention, since when doubts arose regarding flights and confirmation of accommodation, I stopped receiving a prompt response from them and I felt the need to consult directly with the airline and the hotel. since you as an agency did not give me the assurance that the trip would go smoothly.
