★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel ! Nous étions dans la cabane qui a vu sur la lagune, la chambre est équipée et confortable. Le ponton commun est très agréable avec de multiples transats/hamacs/balançoires. Vous avez à disposition kayaks/paddles/vélos quand vous le souhaitez. Le personnel est gentil. Très proche du centre.
 We 100% recommend this hotel! We were in the cabin which overlooked the lagoon, the room is equipped and comfortable. The common pontoon is very pleasant with multiple deckchairs / hammocks / swings. You have kayaks / paddles / bikes available whenever you want. The staff are nice. Very close to the center.

It is a beautiful place. It is on the shore of the lagoon, with a pier and a beautiful view. The room includes the use of kayak and paddle. It is a bit far from the center, but Bacalar is a town that you enjoy walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor opción en todo Bacalar. Definitivamente deben hospedarse en este increíble lugar. Gabriel y todo el personal son muy amables, serviciales y están 24/7 pendientes de ti. Las vistas de la laguna son incomparables. El muelle y cada uno de los espacios son realmente maravillosos. Valen cada peso. Sin duda volveré en otras ocasiones y lo recomiendo para quienes quieran pasar unas vacaciones de ensueño.
The best option in all of Bacalar. You should definitely stay at this amazing place. Gabriel and all the staff are very friendly, helpful and are waiting for you 24/7. The views of the lagoon are incomparable. The pier and each of the spaces are truly wonderful. They are worth every peso. I will definitely return on other occasions and I recommend it for those who want to spend a dream vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opción si vas en pareja. El lugar está súper bien ubicado para caminar a cualquier lugar del pueblo o irte en bici. El acceso a la laguna está muy bonito. Muy recomendable.
Excellent option if you go as a couple. The place is super well located to walk anywhere in town or go by bike. The access to the lagoon is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little suite on the lagoon.
Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the water on the shore underneath us. The breeze through the window. Wonderful staff feels like staying in a family home. Private and sweet. Felt like we had the whole lagoon to ourselves in the romantic lagoon front hut.
Be sure to use all organic sun screen and save on water! Save the lagoon !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven on Earth!! Is a well used phrase in the reviews of this property but it’s probably because it is!! A beautiful wooden chalet built on a pontoon over the lagoon, lovely porch with the sunrise right in front of you. Comfy beds, toilet and shower works OK Fridge to keep the beers cool. Free Kayaks and Paddleboards. A few minor scuffs and scratches but here is all about the view and the atmosphere, the pictures don’t really do it justice. Bacalar is so lovely, loads of great restaurants and bars but not over-commercialized. We took a lagoon boat trip from the front, really good value. Place is kept really clean and the staff were very friendly. A deffo to visit again. Looking at some of the negative reviews, I don’t really get it ?? you’d pay $700 a night for a place like this in the Maldives and this is probably better
