★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la laguna más accesible del Cofre de Perote, se llega a través de un sendero bien marcado llamado el sendero del lince. No obstante en un punto hay que salirse del sendero. Excelente lugar para acampar y relajarse. No es una laguna muy conocida. Es la segunda en extensión después de la de Tilapa.
It is the most accessible lagoon in the Cofre de Perote, it is reached through a well-marked trail called the lynx trail. However at one point you have to get off the trail. Excellent place to camp and relax. It is not a well-known lagoon. It is the second largest after Tilapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar maravilloso es una de los múltiples atractivos turísticos que tiene nuestra montaña. Apesar de que es un ANP están talando árboles muy longevos, los responsables de salva guardar esa cuenca hidrologica cada vez la tienen más olvidada que pena.
A wonderful place is one of the many tourist attractions that our mountain has. Despite the fact that it is an ANP, they are cutting down very long-lived trees, those responsible for saving that hydrological basin are increasingly forgetting it more than pity.
