Los instructores son excelentes, siempre al pendiente de que loe ejercicios se realizan de manera apropiada, segura y efectiva. Ademas el ambiente es cómodo y amigable para cada persona, creando una comunidad de miembros activos de todas las edades y brackgrounds. Si estas en busca de un lugar para entrenar crossfit, no busques mas esta es tu comunidad.
The best place for crossfire and training in the Laguna. After moving to Torreón I had a hard time finding a training place until I found Laguna Fit. The instructors are excellent, always making sure the exercises are done properly, safely and effectively. In addition, the environment is comfortable and friendly for each person, creating a community of active members of all ages and brackgrounds. If you are looking for a place to train crossfit, look no further this is your community.
