★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boca is a special South Texas Gem! The drive to the jetties is about 20 mins from Boca Chica Blvd. If you drive out during low tide it's an easy drive, but beware the tide. It can become treacherous if you get caught by the tide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited to check out the vacant lot l bought, which is just under 4 miles from SpaceX Boca Chica spaceport! I'll be watching the biggest, most powerful rockets ever made by man (and I mean that in a gender-inclusive manner) launch and recover from the elevated front deck of the house I'm gonna build!
