★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT use this firm. They kept the four months rent due me for more than a year now. They have managed to give me one months worth, in two payments. They are now claiming that they do not have the keys to the property, even though the tenant returned them to the property manager. The property manager has been in the house on several occasions. Once to rent it to a family, without asking my permission, and writing a contract that would have me pay all the utilities, and accept a lower than previously agreed upon rental amount. Terrible management.
