★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofrecieron un inmueble que ni siquiera estaba libre de gravamen en el RPP y el titular registral sigue pagando. Muy mal que no revisen lo que ofertan antes de subirlo a sus páginas o que no sean honestos con la parte compradora al hacer sus ofertas.
 They offered me a property that was not even free of encumbrance in the RPP and the registry owner continues to pay. Very bad that they do not review what they offer before uploading it to their pages or that they are not honest with the buyer when making their offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tamaño mínimo para una vivienda son 55m2 y venden carísimos departamentos de 37m2. Son lo peor que puede haber para el Mercado inmobiliario.
The minimum size for a home is 55m2 and they sell very expensive 37m2 apartments. They are the worst there can be for the real estate market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho ojo con esta pseudoinmobiliaria; publican propiedades de otros portales en su página (se los roban) y no están actualizados, resulta que de las opciones que te envían algunas ya se vendieron y otras ni siquiera el dueño sabe que las están promocionando, engañan a la gente con supuestas preventas exclusivas cuando el desarrollo que promueven empezó su preventa hace tiempo, te venden un "cupo" que funciona como apartado y nunca te lo regresan si no compras, investigando resulta que los fundadores son hijos de un expresidente colombiano que fue peor que Salinas!! Tengan mucho cuidado ya que sus supuestas rondas de inversión que aparecen en noticias pueden ser por lavado de dinero, aguas!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente no recomiendo la agencia, la atención al cliente es muy decadente, quise solicitar información a través de Facebook y no contestan o no tienen habilitado el servicio de comentarios. Pésimo, si requieren una agencia inmobiliaria, ésta no es opción, no la recomiendo.
Personally I do not recommend the agency, customer service is very decadent, I wanted to request information through Facebook and they do not answer or they do not have the comment service enabled. Terrible, if you require a real estate agency, this is not an option, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, hice una cita para checar un departamento, me citaron en cierto lugar pero al llegar estuve tocando y espera 20min y nadie habría, había gente adentro pero no tuvieron ni la decencia de salir a preguntar. Aparte hay veces en las que ya no te responden en WhatsApp y ni seguimiento le dan.
Horrible, I made an appointment to check an apartment, they summoned me to a certain place but when I arrived I was knocking and waiting 20 minutes and no one would be there, there were people inside but they didn't even have the decency to go out and ask. Besides, there are times when they no longer respond to you on WhatsApp and they don't even follow up.

Cero de confianza, no te dan ninguna seguridad de que las cosas sean legales y cuando pedimos la devolución de un pago (que ni recibo nos dieron) se pusieron súper difíciles y ya llevan aprox 8 semanas sin resolvernos, cuando en teoría nos lo hacían llegar en unos días después de solicitarlo. Aah pero para cobrar, todo tenía que ser súper rápido.
Terrible service! Zero trust, they don't give you any assurance that things are legal and when we asked for a refund of a payment (which they didn't even give us a receipt) they got super difficult and they've been about 8 weeks without solving it, when in theory they sent it to us in a few days after requesting it. Aah but to get paid, everything had to be super fast.
