One of the newly build vacationing condos. The building itself is nice, modern architecture. Three stories worth of pretty spacious apartments. The management keeps it clean and the guys that work there are pretty responsive and are generally very helpful. Sadly, that's where the list of good things stops :) There's a pool in the inside well of the building, but it's tiny comparing to some of the other condos — just ~12ft of actual swimming distance so you'll be able to do 2-3 laps at most. It's more akin to a jacuzzi where you just sit and not move much. Watch out for the sound isolation — you'll hear everything happening in the middle pool area like it's in your apartment. People can party until 10pm and you'll hear every single word, splash, etc. It's just as bad across neighbouring rooms. Being in the middle of the jungle means that you'll likely encounter various wild life friends. So far I've seen a giant spider hanging in our backyard, another huge bug sitting on the outside wall, and an inch-size scorpio that somehow got into the apartment. The road to the condo is unfortunately non-existent. There's about 300 meters worth of dirt road to get to it, filled with enormous pot holes that throw your car around unless you drive at 5 km/h. Apparently, Tulum folks prefer to first build these condos and only then provide basic road access to them :) It's not a bad vacation spot if you're aware of what to expect.

great apartments and environment, it's really quiet and relaxing, the only thing it's that the road is not pavimented properly

Phenomenal location, amazing waterfall pool and brand new condos. It was the perfect spot to travel to all the sites in Tulum. We were at the very edge of the jungle and the wildlife and sounds were amazing. You could see all the stars at night, yet it was close to all the action.
