Yo presenté el ticket de colora en el módulo de canje y me dijeron QUE NO ERAN VÀLIDOS porque NO CUENTA EL RECIBO CON LA DIRECCIÓN DE PLAZA DEL SOL.
Me sigirieron volver a su local y pesir UN SELLO.
Su empleada, la Sra que cobra, dibo que LO SENTÍA MUCHO PERO NO PODÍA HACER NADA.
Ya que como NO TENÍAN RECIBOS DE LA PLAZA, LE HABÍAN MANDADO ÉSOS.
por lo tanto, SI NO CUENTAN CON RECIBOS, mucho menos con SELLO.
NO ME VALIERON EL TICKET.
Entonces de quién es la ignorancia?
Del módulo, mía o de su enpleada??
O es OMISIÓN de la tienda?

Terrible customer service !!!! They seemed to resent people entering the store. This happened yesterday September 13 around 4:45 PM. It practically takes the words out of their mouths as to what you were looking for and the offers. Come from the US for this NO thanks
