The two bi-lingual ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful skilled professionals and I could sense that they are committed to the welfare of their patients.Support person Sam has also been very helpful and professional and quickly responds to inquiries I've made online. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Mario Flores as my primary care physician and he is also very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable every time I see him and he is very through in his questions and actions during every health care visit. I never fell rushed during visits with him (like I did with doctors back in California). Doctor Flores is a really skilled physician and he is probably the best primary care physician that I have ever had in my life.I feel very fortunate to have Doctor Flores and staff looking after my health care as I grow older here Lakeside and I look forward to them providing me with top-notch medical care in the coming years. Completing the forms and the sign-up process was easy and straightforward and Lakeside Medical Group disclosed their policies very well up-front, so a new patient should know what is covered and what is not. The great staff persons at the front desk are always ready to answer any questions I may have about billing or admin issues. Being a member here has totally relieved my concern about securing outstanding health care, while here in Mexico and I could not be more happy with the excellent service that I have received.

I was a member, id card, confirming coverage emails, etc. when i needed emergency surgery in Mexico, all hospitals both IN AND OUT of Lakeside Medical refused to perform the emergency surgery unless full payment in excess of $20,000 usd paid up front. Lakeside left me hanging, 5 months later still no reimbursement, so much for their hidden terms
