★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta planta es parte vital para la cadena de suministros de los productos que ofrece Lala en el Valle de México.
Realmente es impresionante todo lo que se maneja dentro de esta planta.
Lamentablemente el servicio de Comedor es excesivamente deficiente y tiene varios empleados que no están capacitados para poder realizar sus obligaciones.
El encargado del servicio de Comedor, al parecer no tiene ni idea del material que se requiere realmente para la realización de los productos que ahí se realizan. Digo esto porque siempre se le tiene que estar llevando, queso, pechuga, lechuga, etc., hasta el repartidor de las tortillas se le ha visto llevando estos "suministros" que deberían de ser proporcionados por la compañía encargada del comedor para poder preservar la calidad de los alimentos y no es esporádico, suelen ser varias veces a la semana, ¿Es que acaso no lleva el un control de la comida que ahí se realiza? ¿O simplemente no está capacitado para poder realizar el puesto que desempeña?
