★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mala suerte asistí a este lugar, puesto que hubo dificultades en que me compartieran información. Me entregaron mi vehículo con rayones que no reconocieron argumentando que sus trabajadores en ese caso tiene la confianza de comentarlo. Días después note que mi cajuela tenía una apertura más grande de un lado que de otro. Cosa que no note en el momento por lo que no cuidan ese aspecto de la reparación. Todo esto fue a razón de un siniestro en GNP del cual también jamás me brindó atención por correo pues pedí un informe de lo que se le haría a mi caro y para eso tenía que asistir a las oficinas en un horario dentro del cual no podía. Ambos están mal organizados y solo les interesa SACAR EL TRABAJO. NO LO RECOMIENDO A MENOS DE QUE SEA PIR ULTIMA ALTERNATIVA. EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE PERO DESPUES DE MUCHO INSISTIR.
 Unfortunately, I attended this place, since there were difficulties in sharing information with me. They gave me my vehicle with scratches that they did not recognize arguing that their workers in that case have the confidence to comment on it. Days later I noticed that my trunk had a larger opening on one side than the other. Thing that does not notice at the moment reason why they do not take care of that aspect of the repair. All this was due to a GNP incident, which they also never gave me attention by mail, as I asked for a report of what would be done to my car, and for that I had to attend the offices at a time when I could not. Both are poorly organized and only interested in GETTING THE JOB out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS IT IS A LAST ALTERNATIVE. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY BUT AFTER A LOT OF INSISTING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suelen tardar más de lo indicado en la fecha de entrega. No lograron igualar el color, ni cuadrar la defensa de mi auto. Entregaron mi auto con dos enormes rayones en la puerta... Que no estaban ahí el día que lo entregué, cuando comenté con ellos sobre todo esto, sólo aplicaron pintura sobre los rayones, comentando que debía hablarlo con mi aseguradora para que volviera a entrar por los demás ajustes (cosa que obviamente la aseguradora no tenía nada que ver), entonces me entregaron mi auto porque la aseguradora no permitía que reingresara al taller... No volvería como particular.
They usually take longer than indicated on the delivery date. They failed to match the color, or square the defense of my car. They delivered my car with two huge scratches at the door ... That they weren't there the day I delivered it, when I commented with them about all this, they only applied paint on the scratches, commenting that I should talk to my insurer to get back in for the other adjustments (which obviously the insurer had nothing to do with it), then they gave me my car because the insurer did not allow me to re-enter the workshop ... I would not return as an individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y atención buenos. Me avisaron para que llevara el auto cuando ya tenian las refacciones y también para avisarme cuando ya estaba reparado. La reparación bien en términos generales. Me entregaron el auto lavado y varios días antes de lo que me habían confirmado. Bien.
Good service and attention. They told me to take the car when they already had the parts and also to tell me when it was already repaired. Repair well in general terms. They gave me the car wash and several days earlier than they had confirmed. All right.
