Pedimos un servicio urgente que se nos dijo se entregaría el mismo día, pero en realidad estuvimos dando vueltas por los resultados durante dos días, su línea telefónica nunca la atienden. La recepcionista tiene una excelente atención, pero el servicio es pésimo.
It's not really a laboratory, they just take the samples there and send them to be analyzed. We asked for an express service that we were told would be delivered the same day, but in reality we were wondering about the results for two days, their phone line is never answered. The receptionist has excellent attention, but the service is terrible.
