★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de mensajería en Monterrey y su área metropolitana, horrible organización y atención por parte de sus empleados, más de 25 minutos en llamada para tan solo saber el estado de mi envío, para después no contestarme y colgarme. Necesitaba el pedido para hoy y nunca llego, además de que nunca se me actualizó el estado de paquete, espero que llegue mañana, pero de todas formas ya es tarde y ya salí perjudicado.
No recomiendo para nada este servicio de mensajería.
Terrible courier service in Monterrey and its metropolitan area, horrible organization and attention from its employees, more than 25 minutes on call to just know the status of my shipment, and then not answer me and hang up. I needed the order for today and it never arrived, in addition to the fact that the package status was never updated, I hope it arrives tomorrow, but anyway it is late and I was already damaged.
I do not recommend this messaging service at all.
