★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada que atiende en Teoloyucan es muy amable, pero eso no le quita a la empresa el pésimo servicio. Tienen en exhibición lámina tipo teja de colores pero en la realidad sólo tienen la roja disponible, y eso no todo el tiempo. En mi caso, yo pedí lámina verde y hasta dejé a cuenta más de la mitad del dinero de mi pedido y ya va un mes, y no me las mandan. Cada semana me dicen que les va a llegar material en 15 días y al final cuando llega nunca hay verde....estoy muy decepcionado.
The employee who attends Teoloyucan is very kind, but that does not take away from the company the terrible service. They have colored tile-like sheet on display but in reality they only have the red one available, and that's not all the time. In my case, I asked for green foil and I even left more than half the money of my order on account and it has been a month, and they do not send me. Every week they tell me that material will arrive in 15 days and in the end when it arrives there is never any green ... I am very disappointed.
