★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dejan el auto con bastantes detalles de pintura y no reparan todo lo estipulado en la orden de servicio. ademas de que tienen los autos en la calle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, te dan una fecha de entrega y te la posponen todos los días, quedan de regresarme llamada para avisar la nueva fecha y jamás te llaman. Y para comunicarte tiene que tener uno suerte, línea siempre ocupada. Peor servicio que en una oficina de gobierno o IMSS.
The service is terrible, they give you a delivery date and they postpone it every day, they have to return the call to notify me of the new date and they never call you. And to communicate you have to have a lucky, always busy line. Worse service than in a government office or IMSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el jefe de taller, mecánicos, hojalateros, recepcionistas, todo es pésimo.
Me entregaron con un trabajo de muy mala calidad mi coche, no tienen la capacitación necesaria de no ser que son muy buenas personas (humanamente hablando) no daba ni una estrella a este lugar.
Si tienen un siniestro con GNP prepárense para el peor servicio que hayan tenido, ya que el supervisor de Talleres Alejandro Reyes resulta ser un inútil e incompetente, así mismo su superior Marcela de León, no tienen pasión por el servicio ni siquiera empatía con el cliente.
Su pretexto sí hay alguna falla en su proceso es que trabajan con "capital humano".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pésimos en servicio, atención al cliente, profesionalismo y compromiso. Desde la recepción hasta la dueña del taller no tienen interés en desempeñar un buen trabajo. El supervisor de GNP no hace el mínimo esfuerzo para atender las demandas y sólo posponen la fecha de entrega, sin darle prioridada a un trabajo que va retrasado innecesariamente. Ellos trabajan mal y sabiéndolo tratan de hacer la entrega con muchas fallas, esperando que el cliente no se de cuenta o se desespere y reciba el auto en malas condiciones porque es imposible que los dejen bien ya que no cuidan los vehículos, se van dañando y te los pretenden entregar con más daños de los que llevaban. Te citan a una hora y te hacen esperar más de 60 minutos, te dicen una fecha y esa fecha se puede convertir en semanas enteras. Es lo peor que hay en todos los aspectos
