En una ocasión me enviaron mal el material y no querían regresar a cambiarlo por el correcto, volví a comprar en otra ocasión y no me quisieron mandar el material a un domicilio a pesar de que superaba los 500 pesos de compra y tuve que llevarmelo en mi carro.
No quiero dejar de mencionar la cero empatia por parte de los trabajadores para con los clientes. Parece que uno les pide fiado o regalado el producto.
I have had problems with freight. On one occasion they sent me the wrong material and they did not want to return to exchange it for the correct one, I went back to buy on another occasion and they did not want to send the material to a home even though it exceeded 500 pesos of purchase and I had to take it with me car.
I do not want to stop mentioning the zero empathy on the part of the workers towards the clients. It seems that one asks them for a loan or a gift for the product.
