★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien que te avisen cuando ya esté el carro, pero fuimos porque una aseguradora nos envió y no arreglaron bien el coche ni lo pintaron bien, nos hicieron ir hasta allá para que nos dijeran que el día siguiente nos lo daban (solo porque nos dimos cuenta de sus tranzas)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le puse dos estrellas por qué está en un avenida muy concurrida y acceso directo, pero el detalle fue que no recibieron mi unidad por ser grande. Me mandaron a otro taller, por lo que no conocí su forma de trabajar.
I gave it two stars because it is on a very busy avenue and direct access, but the detail was that they did not receive my unit for being large. They sent me to another workshop, so I did not know their way of working.

Dejan ocultos vicios, dicen que cambian piezas quebradas pero lo que hacen es solo pegarlas y repintar las.
Los reporte a GNP pero al final es el mismo taller quien "atiende la queja".
Evitense malos trabajos y dolores de cabeza, este taller es UN ASCO cuando revisas a detalle tu auto, una porquería.
Terrible laminate and paint job.
They leave hidden vices, they say they change broken pieces but what they do is just glue and repaint them.
I report them to GNP but in the end it is the same workshop that "attends to the complaint."
Avoid bad jobs and headaches, this workshop is DISGUSTING when you check your car in detail, a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trabajo, lastima GNP trabaje con este taller. Cuando el ajustador les dé opciones de taller, NO elijan este(La piesa) y vayan a otro aunque les quede más lejos.
Terrible job, it hurts GNP to work with this workshop. When the adjuster gives you workshop options, DO NOT choose this one (The piece) and go to another even if it is further away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar me dijeron que que me cambiaron la facia del auto y solo la pintaron y le quitaron los broches al alfombrado de la cajuela para ponercelos a la facia delantera es un robó tardan muchísimo tiempo y te dicen que están buscando las piezas y que por eso no pueden empezar un mes para encontralas y el asesor del taller no te informa nada tu te tienes que estar comunicado cada 10 días para que te contesté medio bien me atendió el asesor de nombre cesar no recuerdo el apellido . Señores si cometen el error de ir a este taller revisen bien su auto al recogerlo mucho ojo.

Gentlemen, if you make the mistake of going to this workshop, check your car well when you pick it up, be very careful.
