An excellent option if you are looking for something light, healthy and fresh. You build your own poke bowl. The price seemed reasonable to me.

K	Kon rad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns zwei Bowls vom Food truck mitgenommen. Leider Abends nicht mehr viel Auswahl gehabt, da alles schon aus war. Sehr wenig Lachs in der Lachsbowl. Und es hat ein bisschen die Würze gefehlt. Die Angestellten waren aber sehr nett und alles war sehr sauber...man kann bei der Zubereitung zuschauen. Preis ist auch OK. Technisch war sie Zubereitung auch top. Da mir aber das Essen an anderen Orten in Bacalar viel besser geschmeckt hat würd ich nicht nochmal hingehen. Hands down das gilt alles nur für den Food Truck. Bezügl. des Restaurants könnte die Bewertung ganz anders ausfallen. We took two bowls from the food truck. Unfortunately there wasn't much choice in the evening, since everything was already over. Very little salmon in the salmon bowl. And it lacked a bit of spice. But the staff were very nice and everything was very clean...you can watch the food being prepared. Price is ok too. Technically, the preparation was also great. But since I liked the food in other places in Bacalar much better, I wouldn't go there again. Hands down, this only applies to the food truck. Re. of the restaurant, the rating could be quite different.
