Llego sin ruidos y ahora cuando uso la reversa tiene un sonido constante
Le hicieron servicio y le faltaba un litro de aceite cuando cargue gasolina
Cobros excesivos revisión frenos $8000 ni siquiera cambiaron balarás
Para vender son buenos y para dar atención post venta muy malos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no contestan el teléfono, y cuando llegan a contestar, te transfieren y nunca contestan hasta que se corta la llamada después vuelves a marcar y solo suena y suena y suena hasta que se corta de nuevo y así en círculo.
Terrible service they don't answer the phone, and when they answer, they transfer you and never answer until the call is cut off, then you dial again and it just rings and rings and rings until it is cut off again and so on in a circle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una camioneta en Agosto del 2021, me la vendió Mauricio Neri de la agencia de zona esmeralda, me dijo q la agencia me daba el cargador de la camioneta q es hibrida y q me iban a llamar a agendar la cita para visitarme y instalar el cargador en el estacionamiento d mi departamento, NUNCA ME HABLARON, le preguntaba constantemente a Mauricio q q pasaba, siempre me daba excusas, luego d unos meses dejo d responder mis mensajes y me enteré q ya no trabajaba en la agencia, me dirigí a la agencia d Santa Fe y hablé con el gerente Erick Hernández, me dijo q yo tenía q comprar el cargador d la camioneta xq ya habían transcurrido más d 3 meses, le enseñe las pruebas d q no fue mi culpa, q todo el tiempo estuve insistiendo sin obtener resultados, dijo q iba a hablar a ver q se podía hacer, le he escrito varías veces y me deja en visto, definitivamente una decepción absoluta mi compra en Land Rover, no lo recomiendo ni volveré a adquirir en esta marca

La ubicación de la agencia es la peor en todo el sur! Es muy difícil llegar, al pie del periférico lleno de microbuses y demás.
Le urge reubicar su showroom y dejar esa propiedad como taller mecánico.
The staff is attentive with a very good attitude and answered all my questions, if I remember correctly Diana answered me.
The agency's location is the worst in the whole south! It is very difficult to reach, at the foot of the peripheral full of minibuses and others.
It urges you to relocate your showroom and leave that property as a mechanical workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, lazy salesmen. I came to purchase accessories and made the mistake of going up to the sales floor only to find these guys just looking down at their computers, avoiding eye contact. Honestly even the Jaguar guys did this, they should all get fired. I hope Landie does something about it.
Edit: it's been a while since a came here last. Charging stations for EVs are available for "free" if you're a customer and after sales services are pretty good so far.
