★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de pesas tiene buen equipo, sin embargo la mayoría son máquinas y cuentan con poco material para entrenar de forma libre, además el baño del área de pesas parece el de un reclusorio. Cuando te inscribes te dicen que puedes usar el área de pesas y cardio por el tiempo que quieras pero cuando entrenas te limitan el área de cardio, sin mencionar que en esta área solo tienen dos caminadoras, de las cuales una no sirve y la otra sufre fallas que no te permiten entrenar intensamente. Es importante mencionar que el dueño es una persona prepotente y altanera, por lo que no esperes un buen trato. Solo lo recomiendo si buscas entrenar pesas y no te interesa un entrenamiento integral.
The weight area has good equipment, however most are machines and have little material to train freely, also the bathroom in the weight area looks like a prison. When you sign up they tell you that you can use the weights and cardio area for as long as you want but when you train they limit the cardio area, not to mention that in this area they only have two treadmills, one of which is useless and the other suffers faults that do not allow you to train intensely. It is important to mention that the owner is an arrogant and haughty person, so do not expect a good deal. I only recommend it if you are looking to train weights and are not interested in a comprehensive workout.
