Balcones de Alcalá, que construyó LANDUS, y que ahora esas calles parecen terracerías como si nunca se hubieran pavimentado, no recomendable comprar inmuebles de este Grupo inmobiliario, aparte de que dejan en las casas vicios ocultos como por ejemplo se levantan los pisos de cerámica por trabajos mal instalados y pegados con cemento.
