★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal la experiencia no fue buena. No pudieron arreglar una macbook y pasaron semanas esperando una solución. La tuve que llevar a otro lugar y ese mismo dia se solucionó.
Personally, the experience was not good. They couldn't fix a macbook and spent weeks waiting for a solution. I had to take it to another place and that same day it was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la atención es amable pero el servicio final es del asco, lleve mi cpu para que le instalaran un disco duro solido y dejar el disco mecánico que traía como disco esclavo solo para almacenar información, según ya estaba listo, pague y al prenderla en la casa no arranca, no encuentra el disco nuevo, la destapo y mi sorpresa es que ni el disco original traía, la volví a llevar y que se confundieron, 15 días después me la regresan, la prenden en local y si inicia pero ya en la casa a veces inicia y otras dice que no encuentra el dispositivo así que no sirve, creo que el disco estuvo defectuoso desde un principio y lo quisieron ocultar...además me dijeron que no le pudieron instalar el disco original como esclavo que porque estaba dañado, les dije que me lo regresaran y me dan uno que no es... no contaban con que llevaba fotos de mi disco con el numero de serie y no les quedo de otra mas que regresarmelo (el disco mecanico si sirve fue pura mentira)... le tuve que poner yo mismo el disco original y el otro se queda de pisapapeles, ya no pienso hacer ni valida la garantía porque pierdo mas tiempo con esos tecnicos ineptos...le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar cero
The attention is friendly but the final service is disgusting, I took my cpu to have a solid hard disk installed and leave the mechanical disk that I brought as a slave disk only to store information, as it was ready, pay and turn it on at home It does not start, does not find the new disk, I uncover it and my surprise is that not even the original disk was brought, I took it back and they got confused, 15 days later they return it to me, they turn it on locally and if it starts but already at home Sometimes it starts and sometimes it says that it cannot find the device so it does not work, I think the disk was defective from the beginning and they wanted to hide it ... they also told me that they could not install the original disk as a slave because it was damaged, I told them to return it to me and they give me one that is not ... they did not count on having photos of my disc with the serial number and they had no choice but to return it to me (the mechanical disc if it works was a pure lie). .. I had to put the record myself or iginal and the other one is paperweight, I no longer plan to make or validate the guarantee because I waste more time with those inept technicians ... I give it a star because I can not give it zero
