★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El laboratorio es pequeño, con una pequeña recepción y pocos asientos para la espera; la atención del personal es excelente, tanto la recepción como la de todos los doctores/laboratoristas. Hacen un análisis muy completos y el tiempo de espera es corto, si horario de atención es amplio y tienen cajones de estacionamiento (lo que le da un punto extra). Esperemos el personal mantenga siempre esa gran actitud y nivel de servicio.
 The laboratory is small, with a small reception and few waiting seats; the attention of the staff is excellent, both the reception and that of all the doctors / laboratories. They do a very complete analysis and the waiting time is short, if the opening hours are wide and they have parking spaces (which gives it an extra point). Hopefully the staff always maintain that great attitude and level of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La espera para la toma de muestra fue de dos horas, lo cual considero que es demasiado tratándose de un laboratorio privado. No tienen medidas de seguridad estrictas, la pequeña sala de espera estaba llena de gente. La atención de las personas que laboran ahí es buena, sin embargo considero que tomando en cuenta la demanda que tiene este laboratorio, deberían contar con más personal para ofrecer un servicio más eficiente y evitar hacer perder tanto tiempo a la gente que va.
The wait for the sample collection was two hours, which I consider to be too long in the case of a private laboratory. They don't have strict security measures, the little waiting room was full of people. The attention of the people who work there is good, however I consider that taking into account the demand that this laboratory has, they should have more staff to offer a more efficient service and avoid wasting so much time for the people who go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno, tenía mis dudas respecto del servicio, pero llamé al call Center para que me informarán sobre la prueba de COVID, a parte de que el agente se portó súper mal, encima me colgó el teléfono.
Well, I had my doubts about the service, but I called the Call Center to be informed about the COVID test, apart from the fact that the agent behaved very badly, on top of that he hung up the phone on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas un buen trato y sentirte cómodo, este NO es el lugar para ti. A las empleadas del lugar las tienen saturadas haciendo más de lo que pueden y como consecuencia te tratan de mala cara y a la carrera. Pero si no llevas prisa y no te importa la malas caras te lo recomiendo.
Ojalá contrataten más personal para aligerar la carga de trabajo a los empleados y que así mejoren el trato al cliente.
If you are looking for a good deal and feel comfortable, this is NOT the place for you. They have saturated the employees of the place doing more than they can and as a consequence they treat you with a bad face and on the run. But if you are not in a hurry and you do not mind the bad faces, I recommend it.
Hopefully they hire more staff to lighten the workload for employees and thus improve customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veo muchos referencias negativas, asistí por unos estudios médicos que me solicitaron en un trabajo y me fui con muy buena impresión, todos muy amables, hicieron su trabajo de forma efectiva y rápida.
Tal vez la recepción es pequeña pero me llevo muy buena experiencia, y cabe aclarar que no soy nada fan de las agujas.
