Se la pasan platicando adentro, no están en su estación de trabajo y, para acabarla, no hacen bien su trabajo. Mis resultados estaban listos a partir del 23/02, vine hoy 01/03 por ellos y la encargada de recepción, Quetzalli, me dice que no están completos porque "se le olvidó" revisar que llegaran después de que los rectificaran. Además, tuvo el cinismo de decirme que volviera más tarde. Al final, mandó al otro chavo de recepción por mis resultados. Por su incompetencia, estuve hora y media ahí. HORA Y MEDIA PARA RECIBIR UNOS RESULTADOS QUE DEBIERON TENER COMPLETOS DESDE LA SEMANA PASADA. The people in charge of taking the shots are quite good, patient and explain everything to you, but the two guys at the reception are a horror. They spend their time talking inside, they are not at their work station and, to finish it, they do not do their job well. My results were ready as of 02/23, I came today 03/01 for them and the receptionist, Quetzalli, tells me that they are not complete because she "forgot" to check that they arrived after they were rectified. Besides, he had the cynicism to tell me to come back later. In the end, he sent the other receptionist for my results. Due to his incompetence, I was there for an hour and a half. HOUR AND A HALF TO RECEIVE SOME RESULTS THAT SHOULD HAVE COMPLETE SINCE LAST WEEK.

La atención es rápida y eficiente, entro y salgo en cuestión de minutos. Los precios son muy accesibles. Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero funcionales y están siempre limpias y con los protocolos ante Covid-19. Los resultados llegan a estar listos incluso antes de lo estimado. El único pero es la atención por Whatsapp para información o cotizaciones porque luego son lentos y se quedan sin contestarte...call centers. I have always had a good experience with this establishment, they are my bedside laboratories. Attention is fast and efficient, I can be in and out in a matter of minutes. Prices are very affordable. The facilities are small but functional and are always clean and with Covid-19 protocols. Results become ready even earlier than expected. The only but is the attention by WhatsApp for information or quotes because then they are slow and remain without answering you ... call centers.
