 Terrible service, they schedule appointments and their Lapi laboratories staff do not arrive on time, they are irresponsible, they have no ethics and not even an apology

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy lento, delante de mi estaban 6?personas y tarde casi 1 hora en ser atendido, y además el personal es bastante prepotente.
Very slow service, in front of me there were 6? people and it took almost 1 hour to be served, and also the staff is quite arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, lentísimos y encima meten gente a la fila desde el otro lado. Yo tenía mi cita y estuve 1 hora y media ahí.
Terrible, very slow and on top of that they put people in line from the other side. I had my appointment and I was there for an hour and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran caro $750 y si vas de Aeromexico solo te descuentan $20 pesos . Mejor vayan a la clinica de la unam cuesta $$550 pesos
They charge expensive $750 and if you go from Aeromexico they only discount $20 pesos. Better go to the unam clinic it costs $$550 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Called to book in advance. Was told if I do the test before noon they would have the results ready by 8pm. Arrived to find different information. The staff is rude to say the least, unprofessional and in general do not care about the passengers traveling and their requirements. Do not recommend to anyone traveling!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a traumatizing experience. Though it was quick and simple for most, the people conducting the tests are not professional or empathetic. I have a panic disorder and have intense anxiety when receiving even simple medical procedures and I aways make sure to discuss this before they administer (Ive had plenty of covid tests before)… I tried to explain to the young boy about it and he made jokes and made fun of me, then administered it as if I didn’t ask him to do it very very slowly, or I would have a panic attack. I had to grab his hand and take it out very fast and it sent me into a panick attack. I asked for another person to do it, explained the situation while uncontrollably crying, and she just looked at me “Are your ready? Are you ready? Are you ready?”… their listening skills are horrible and these are not medical professionals who understand people may have past trauma or something. Instead they thought it was a joke. Luckily a calmer, more empathetic person came to the rescue and I am very thankful for him for his empathy and we were able to get it done… but i was sent into the aftermath of my body’s nervous system having a panic attack the rest of the day…
