★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un proceso que tiene muchos procesos, muchas personas en recepción pero para la toma de muestra tardan mil, vine por una química sanguínea de 27 elementos y tardé 1 hora y 15 minutos en total. LAPI mejoren sus tiempos de atención.
A process that has many processes, many people at the reception but it takes a thousand to take the sample, I came for a blood chemistry of 27 elements and it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes in total. LAPI improve your service times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y atención del personal, había pocas personas esperando y quien nos atendió fue paciente y amable. Tus resultados lo puedes bajar del portal o recogerlos, no tiene estacionamiento, y no cuentan con todos los estudios y análisis, si tiene duda puedes preguntar en lapi linea o por WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco de servicio al cliente, vengo por que es el que más me queda cerca de casa, las señoras siempre están de malas, te atienden con carotas y son despostas, cuando llegas te dicen que son otros precios o que en call center te dicen toda la información y es mentira ahí no te dicen que NO TIENEN AL PERSONAL EN CIERTO LABORATORIO PARA HACERTE ESTUDIOS ESPECÍFICOS ya cuando llegas al laboratorio te dicen que no se puede realizar ahí que acudas a otra sucursal. NO LO RECOMIENDO, yo creo que la encargada nunca resuelve nada es Elvira Hernandez.
