★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien en servicio y atención, solo que creo que podrían agilizar si en su sistema tomaran los datos de tipo de estudios y del cliente que se proporcionan al hacer la orden y pago vía telefónica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me citan a las 8 am, me dan mi código, llegó en tiempo y forma y está cerrado, para que solo la persona de intendencia salga a decirme que en un momento me atienden (30 minutos después) mucha informalidad en su servicio (es con cita) y luego otros 10 minutos para que encuentren mi código

Luego se quejan de qué no hay clientes
La verdad ni una estrella merecen pobres diablos.

Había una persona dentro. Tuve que tocar varias veces para que saliera.
Las personas que estaba adentro, ya que me atendieron, estaban mal organizadas.
No estás pagando dos pesos por hacerte los estudios.
Hay lugares más baratos los cuales te atienden mejor, debido a la emergencia que se vive, necesitamos la prueba rápido y este fue el único lugar que me la podría proporcionar pronto.
Deberían poner ojo en el servicio que están dando, si es que tienen tiempo y les importa.
Si creen que ser dueños de un laboratorio, tener pegado en la puerta que tienen una certificación ISO 900:2008 y no poner atención en el servicio, están mal, muy mal.
De mi parte, no volveré a utilizar su servicio. Pero sí quieren competir, con los precios que tienen, están muy por debajo de la calidad.

They should keep an eye on the service they are providing, if they have the time and care.
If you think that owning a laboratory, having on the door that they have an ISO 900: 2008 certification and not paying attention to service, you are wrong, very wrong.
For my part, I will not use your service again. But they do want to compete, with the prices they have, they are far below quality.
