I just had a terrible experience with Lapi. I performed a PCR test for detection of covid-19 together with two family members and in my case the result was positive. I was very surprised because I have not had contact with anyone recently nor do I have symptoms. I called Lapi quality and Karla Palma told me that there could be no mistake in the result. I immediately went to Olab for another test and the result was negative. I called again with Karla and she continued in her paper that her result is correct and they cannot do anything about it. I threw my money in that lab. Be very careful and better go to other laboratories. Terrible experience.

I just left their Gabriel Mancera branch and the lack of care and sanity they have on those who are going to have Covid tests and those who go to other studies is impressive. To begin with, the person who receives credentials and verifies appointments has fungus on their fingernails, and not just one, but several; Second, they ask you to answer a form from the Secretary of Health, which they deliver already pre-filled with sensitive questions such as if you consider yourself to be an indigenous population, so discriminatory, when asking why the answer was that there are people who are offended by the question, I am more offended that from the outset they assume that no one considers themselves indigenous; Third, they send a confirmation by mail with patient information and order number, they do not meet the results delivery time. When they send the results they bring another order number, when speaking to the customer service line to clarify this, there were 3 calls, they argue what this situation is and why they had made a mistake in the patient's name, which is absurd because They already had it in the system, the initial email had the correct data, which only leads me to think that they mixed up samples or did something strange. At the end of the day I had to redo the test at another lab due to the complete and utter lack of reliability.
