★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayas. Un asco de servicio. Casi dos horas esperando para una simple toma de muestra y todavía te atienden con el pie. Jamás regreso.
 Do not go. A disgusting service. Almost two hours waiting for a simple sampling and they still serve you with their foot. I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención por parte de la recepción, todo muy tardado, se la pasan platicando los empleados sin importarles el tiempo de los demás, si pueden evitar ir a esta sucursal mucho mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es increíble que solo haya 1 persona que atiende para toma de muestras, hay otras 3 personas como técnicas y no hacen nada, porque son para otro tipo de estudios, entonces si nadie llega para hacerse esos estudios no hacen nada??? Deberían apoyar a tomar muestras para agilizar la atención en caso de que no tengan personas que atender para los estudios que en particular hacen. Solo hay 1 chica que en verdad trabaja, las demás solo platicando sin hacer nada mientras los clientes esperando más de 1 hora para una simple muestra de sangre. No es posible !!!!
Terrible service, it is incredible that there is only 1 person who attends to take samples, there are 3 other people as technicians and they do nothing, because they are for other types of studies, so if nobody comes to do those studies they do nothing ??? They should support taking samples to expedite care in case they don't have people to attend to for the particular studies they do. There is only 1 girl who really works, the rest just chatting and doing nothing while clients wait more than 1 hour for a simple blood sample. It's not possible !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el dia de hoy pesimo servicio muy lentos llegue a las 7 am éramos 5 clientes y a las 7.40am atendieron al primer cliente y ademas les preguntas y no contestan mejor me retiré fui al Chopo y en 15 min ya me habian atendido
I was today very slow, very slow service I arrived at 7 am we were 5 clients and at 7.40 am they attended to the first client and also asked them and they did not answer any better I left I went to Chopo and in 15 min they had already attended to me

SI TIENEN LA OPORTUNIDAD DE IR A OTRA SUCURSAL U OTRO LABORATORIO HAGANLO.
NADA RECOMENDABLE.
AWFUL SERVICE, THEY ARE VERY SLOW, IT TOOK 93 MINUTES TO ASSIST ME.
IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH OR ANOTHER LAB, DO IT.
NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
