★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy puntuales en el diagnóstico por parte de la doctora de ULTRASONIDO gracias a su oportuno diagnóstico pudimos tratar el problema que traia de años mi abuelito superrecomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal!!! No respetan el horario de las citas para ultrasonido y cuando llegas tarde te hacen re agendar tu cita por teléfono aun cuando no hay más pacientes en espera. Las recepcionistas no están capacitadas para resolver conflictos.
Fatal!!! They do not respect the appointment schedule for ultrasound and when you arrive late they make you schedule your appointment over the phone even when there are no more patients waiting. The receptionists are not trained to resolve conflicts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegue a las 7:40 y le dijeron a mi paciente que pasara y como yo iba a pagar me tenía que quedar a fuera hasta que me llamaran y veía que pasaban a todos hasta que le dije a que hora me van a llamar y olvidaron decirnos que nos teníamos que formar y una hora después me pasaron a tomar los datos de mi paciente y no respetaron nuestro lugar, si quieren RX recuerden que tienen que regresar por ellos y si son estudios de sangre tardan 4 días hábiles en darte los resultados
Terrible service, I arrived at 7:40 and they told my patient to come in and since I was going to pay I had to stay out until they called me and I saw that everyone was passed until I told him what time they were going to call me and they forgot to tell us that we had to train and an hour later they happened to take the data of my patient and they did not respect our place, if they want XR remember that they have to return for them and if they are blood studies they take 4 business days to give you the results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atenderte, estuve alrededor de 45 min- 1h para una toma de sangre. Capaciten mejor a sus flebotomistas, me tuvieron que tomar sangre de ambos brazos..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugerencia: Al pasar recepción indican pasar a lavarse las manos, después regresa uno y solicitan credencial de elector, y que estudio se va a realizar, atienden en igual forma a otras personas, después lo vuelven a llamar a recepción para pagar ¿mi pregunta es para que lavarse las manos al inicio si después hay que tomar dinero y pasar al estudio? Sería más rápido hacer todo y después lavarse las manos
Suggestion: When passing reception they indicate to go to wash their hands, then one returns and requests a voter's credential, and what study is going to be carried out, they serve other people in the same way, then they call the reception again to pay. My question is Why wash your hands at the beginning if later you have to take money and go to the study? It would be faster to do everything and then wash your hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé porqué califican con 1 estrella y dicen que tuvieron una mala experiencia y que los trataron de la burguer, etc. Yo me hice 3 estudios en tan solo una hora. Lugar súper higiénico, personal capacitado, organizado y amable. Se me hace que los mamoncitos son ustedes, al chile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi niña de dos años y el trato fue excelente! En todo momento cumplieron con las medidas de protección, pero sobretodo trataron a mi hija con mucho cuidado, haciendo que está experiencia de sacarle sangre no fuera desagradable
