★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia! La señorita del mostrador es grosera e incompetente! Evítense el mal rato y vayan a otro laboratorio, por algo no hay gente, está vacío!
 Terrible experience! The lady at the counter is rude and incompetent! Avoid the bad time and go to another laboratory, for something there are no people, it is empty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que jamás haya tenido, te hacen esperar casi 3 horas para la toma de una muestra de embarazo y perfil toroideo, que al final ni te la pueden tomar porque su sistema es un ASCO, me cobraron y nunca me dieron el codigo correcto para generar la orden, en el lugar todos los pacientes esperamos amontonados afuera, y ellos (médico, laboratoriaras, asistentes, enfermeras) si pueden mientras tomar su cafe y pan delante de todos.
Nunca pudieron en su sevicio por telefono no presencial darme el folio de mi orden ya pagada 24 hrs antes. No es justo que nos hagan esperar y mucho menos que solo te cobren sin darte el servicio.
Hace algunos años era de los mejores pero honestamente bajo su calidad y calidez.
The worst service I have ever had, they make you wait almost 3 hours to take a pregnancy sample and toroid profile, which in the end they can't even take it because their system is an ASCO, they charged me and they never gave me the correct code To generate the order, in the place all the patients wait crowded outside, and they (doctor, laboratoriaras, assistants, nurses) if they can while having their coffee and bread in front of everyone.
They were never able to give me the folio of my order already paid 24 hours before in their service by phone not in person. It is not fair that they make us wait, much less that they only charge you without giving you the service.
A few years ago it was one of the best but honestly under its quality and warmth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los costos son muy accesibles pero esta sucursal la atención es de lo más tardado llevamos jna hora solo para que nos den atención y eso q ya se tenia el pago en línea cosa q en otras sucursales es super rápido a y solo somos 5 personas las formadas..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé a la línea lapi me atendió una persona Emmanuel Moviera y me indica que el costo del estudio solicitado es de 618 pesos y que no era necesario una cita, al llegar al laboratorio me indican que el costo es de 1800 pesos y claro que no me realizaron el estudio porqué no me alcanzó el dinero, que mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio las empleadas son muy atentas pero hay una enfermera que es súper prepotente y grosera deberían de cambiarla o correrla gente como ella no son muy recomendables para ese trabaja

No existe sana distancia, no sirve de nada que hagas cita o pagues en línea, tienes que formarte igual.
La señorita que hace la prueba COVID, muy bien. Fuera de ahí, un lugar terrible.
