Dan mal las indicaciones por teléfono, ni las referencias para llegar se saben, no respetan horarios me dieron cita a las 13:30hrs y me pidieron estar 10 minutos antes, cuando llegué me dijeron que la cita era a las 13:00hrs así que no me quisieron atender, pero ya me habían cobrado el costo del estudio, nadie pudo brindarme solución. Estoy en espera del reembolso que según será en 24 horas.
Nada recomendable el laboratorio, hay opciones quizá un poco más costosas pero confiables.

The laboratory is not recommended at all, there are options perhaps a little more expensive but reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lentos, mal organizados. Si pudiera no darle estrellas sería la calificación que merecen. La atención y trato al cliente son nefastos, agendé una cita con 8 días de anticipación, inclusive me hicieron pagar al momento para poder agendarla y me dijeron que me tenía que presentar a las 8:30 de la mañana, llegué a esa hora y no me dejaron ingresar que porque no había citas, resulta que me dijeron que aún así me tenía que formar para que me hicieran el estudio cuando ingresé la señora que hace los registros grosera y déspota diciéndome que no me podían atender porque tenía que ir a las 7:30 y hacer cita directamente con ella, información que contradice lo que me dijeron por teléfono, además que según su sistema no había registro de mi cita. No nos hacen un favor pagamos por un servicio y su atención es de la peor calidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende una cita y después se me ocurrió leer los comentarios así que llegué con cierta predisposición a recibir un mal servicio pero NOOOO! Excelente atención de todo el personal, los precios fueron los que coticé y medidas de higiene excelentes, así que yo si lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo cotizo 3 laboratorios antes de hacerme los estudios y siempre gana Lapi por precio, siempre te llega la cotización a tiempo a tu teléfono y claramente te dicen q el precio de teléfono varía con las promociones q pueda tener en la sucursal, aun así son económicos casi en todo. Si son algo lentos!
I quote 3 laboratories before doing my studies and Lapi always wins by price, the quote always arrives on time on your phone and they clearly tell you that the price of the phone varies with the promotions that you may have in the branch, even so they are cheap almost in everything. They are somewhat slow!

Antes y el que esta cuidando en la entrada no me dejó pasar le dije que tengo cita y me negó la entrada que hay que formarse aunque tenga uno cita, me tarde 50min. Formado y cuando paso ya no me quisieron atender porque ya se me pasó la cita y reclame que el poli de la entrada no me dejó pasar por sus hue. Ya no me quisieron atender, quiero mi reembolso.

Terrible service, I had an ultrasound appointment at 9 a.m. and arrive 20 min. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, creo que una estrella es demasiado. Fuimos a hacernos un ultrasonido mi esposa y yo y no me dejaron entrar a verlo. La gerente y la operadora con muy poco criterio y sentido común.
Terrible service, I think one star is too much. My wife and I went to get an ultrasound and they wouldn't let me in to see it. The manager and the operator with very little judgment and common sense.
