★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chocaron el día 9 de septiembre del año en curso y me hablaron el día jueves 4 de noviembre para entregar mi vehículo. Cuando fui recoger mi coche y lo comenze a revisar estaba sorprendido por el mal trabajo que hicieron. El volante tenia juego, cables desconectados, puertas descuadradas, cofre descuadrado, la llanta donde recibió el golpe así la dejaron, no cambiaron la suspensión, el trabajo de pintura y hojalateria muy mal. (Me hicieron falta mas detalles del coche mencionar)
Pésimo servicio, lleva demasiado tiempo con el coche para entregar un mal trabajo, por no decir una basura de trabajo y todavía quieren abusar de la confianza de uno ya que te hace primero firmar antes de revisar el coche (claro no les firme nada) y te dice que el coche tiene garantía, parece asta burla.
También cuidado con los ajustadores, porque el ajustador de GNP seguro ni siquiera me dio a elegir el taller.
 They hit me on September 9 of this year and they called me on Thursday, November 4 to deliver my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car and started to check it I was surprised by the bad job they did. The steering wheel had play, disconnected cables, off-squared doors, off-squared hood, the rim where it received the blow they left it like that, they did not change the suspension, the paint job and the bodywork were very bad. (I needed more details of the car to mention)
Terrible service, it takes too long with the car to deliver a bad job, not to say a garbage job and they still want to abuse your trust since it makes you sign first before checking the car (of course, do not sign anything) and It tells you that the car has a guarantee, it seems like a joke.
Also be careful with the adjusters, because the sure GNP adjuster did not even give me the choice of the workshop.

It's been 1 week now. 1 week and they don't give me delivery time. I am disabled and very dependent on the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio, me han hecho regresar 3 veces por un detalle mínimo y no me pueden dar una solución, hacen reparaciones temporales que apenas uno sale del taller se caen las piezas; la atención del Sr Jorge Aguiñaga pésima, déspota y cerrado, solo responde sandeces sin saber y no ofrece soluciones. Tardados en tiempo de entrega de mínimo.
