★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 6 meses en la espera de mi laptop, me dicen que la pieza nos les llega y voy por mi computadora y me dicen que si me la llevo tengo que pagar 4500 por una pieza que tal vez ni le quede a mi lap. Además ya van 2 veces que me suben el costo. Lamento mucho mucho haber llevado mi lap allá, yo pensaba que por centro toshiba iba a ser de calidad y nada.
Me dijeron que me iban a decir qué onda el 28 de diciembre y nada, luego que el 2 de enero y les hablo y me dicen que no están hasta el viernes. Y así me la he llevado todos estos 6 meses.
I have been waiting for 6 months for my laptop, they tell me that the piece comes to us and I go to my computer and they tell me that if I take it with me I have to pay 4500 for a piece that may not even fit my lap. In addition, they have gone 2 times to raise the cost. I am very sorry to have taken my lap there, I thought that by Toshiba center it was going to be of quality and nothing.
They told me that they were going to tell me what's up on December 28 and nothing, then on January 2 and I talk to them and they tell me that they are not until Friday. And so I have taken it all these 6 months.
