★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falló mi laptop al no poder encenderse. Contacté con el proveedor en EEUU porque aún está dentro de la garantía. Dijeron que es una falla de la tarjeta madre, cuya reparación debe hacerse en EEUU.
La llevé a LapStation. La revisaron y me ofrecieron varias opciones. Pudieron reestablecer la configuración original y evitar muchas molestias de enviarla al proveedor a hacer la reparación por la garganta. Muchas gracias LapStation.
Ofrece servicio muy profesional, honesto, acertado, y rápido. El personal es muy amable y capaz, explica muy claramente el problema. Absolutamente recomendable para servicios a las PCs y laptops.
My laptop failed to turn on. I contacted the supplier in the US because it is still under warranty. They said it's a motherboard failure, which must be repaired in the US.
I took it to LapStation. They reviewed it and offered me several options. They were able to restore the original configuration and avoid a lot of hassle of sending it to the vendor to do the repair down the throat. Thank you very much LapStation.
It offers very professional, honest, accurate, and fast service. The staff is very friendly and capable, explains the problem very clearly. Absolutely recommended for services to PCs and laptops.

Esperaba que por el costo un poco elevado, me limpiarían a detalle el equipo. Las teclas siguieron sucias, y el teclado está roto(Es cuestión estética, pero no debió pasar esto). las orillas de la pantalla tenían acumulado polvo, y no se limpió.
La atención del personal es amable, pero el servicio puede mejorar.
They broke my keyboard.
I hoped that due to the high cost, they would clean the equipment in detail. The keys are still dirty, and the keyboard is broken (It is aesthetic matter, but this should not have happened). the edges of the screen had accumulated dust, and it was not cleaned.
The attention of the staff is friendly, but the service can improve.
