★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi computadora por un problema con el mouse jueves 10 de junio, lo iban a reparar, instalar windows, y oficce liberado y hacer una limpieza por $2550, me la entregarían al día siguiente, y el viernes me llamaron para decirme que no era lo que pensaban y la tendrían lista el sábado 12 a las 11am, el sábado 12 me volvieron a llamar para decirme que no estaria lista sino hasta el lunes me moleste y se los hice saber, a la 1:30 me vuelven a llamar diciendome qué ya esta y pase por ella antes de las 3, yo tenia cosas que hacer y la recogí hasta el día lunes, y el martes me percate de que no me habían liberado el office, les llame me pidieron llevará el equipo, y yo vivo lejisimos del local y por su error tuve que perder otra vez 3 horas de mi tiempo en llevarla hasta allá para que me liberaran los programas el día de hoy, por fin por la noche trabajando yo tengo astigmatismo, siempre por las noches tengo que bajarle todo el brillo a la pantalla porque sino me da migraña y me acabo de encontrar a con la sorpresa de que la configuración de brillo de pantalla ya no existe en mi computadora, pésimo servicio para lo que me cobraron.
