Finalmente me devolvieron mi dinero despues de mas de un mes de estar sobre ellos, correos y llamadas. NO LES VUELVO A COMPRAR. I bought a laptop, they sent me another cheaper one, I claimed they told me they would give me my money by sending them back the equipment. Finally they returned my money after more than a month of being on them, mails and calls. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.

Pagué con paypal. Y nunca me enviaron correo electrónico ni el equipo ni respuesta alguna. Iniciando disputa para la devolución de mi dinero. A real shame. T	Travel Droner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio primero anuncian mercancia que no tienen en stock tu como cliente vas y compras y despues te dicen que no hay stock teniento tu dinero y que te van a rembolsar que dura mas de 2 semanas nadie contesta el telefono ni los correos les doy una estrella porque no les puedo dar menos son incompetentes no saben como tratrar los clientes no volvere a comprar de esa pagina no importa que baratos son lo barato de sale caro al final si tienes que usar alguna garantia con ellos buena suerte va a durar un ano seguro hasta que te responden. Me perjudicaron en todos los sentidos pues no solo dejé ir otras opciones por creer que eran serios sino que también quemé el cupón y ahora tengo mi dinero atorado. Argumentan que Huawei les canceló el pedido pero ellos deben responder a sus clientes y trasladar el perjuicio a Huawei, no al cliente.
