★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me diagnosticaron disco dañado... me vendieron uno carísimo de menor capacidad, no le hicieron nada hasta que les hable para preguntar cuando estaría lista mi compu, y me dijeron que no le han hecho nada hasta recibir 50% de anticipo sin que me lo hubieran dicho nada... si no les llamo se hubiera quedado mi compu a dormir el sueño de los justos... una mierda
Bad service, they diagnosed me with a damaged disk ... they sold me a very expensive one with a smaller capacity, they didn't do anything until I spoke to them to ask when my computer would be ready, and they told me that they have not done anything until they receive 50% down payment without that they would have told me nothing ... if I didn't call them my computer would have stayed to sleep the dream of the righteous ... shit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ súper pésimo servicio; llevé mi impresora desde enero 2021... para empezar, desde el “diagnóstico” que hacen estuvo mal ya que al inicio me dijeron que era solamente un cartucho el que estaba mal, el tricolor, luego que era “todo el kit completo” y al final me dijeron que era mi impresora la que no servía y que era irreparable; no me contestaban por whatsapp y por llamada tenía que ser muy insistente... básicamente estar detrás de ellos para que me pudieran dar algún informe sobre mi impresora, no me decían la verdad, cambiaban el discurso del porqué aún no la tenían (primero me dijeron que se tardaban en conseguir los cartuchos, luego que el proveedor les quedaba mal, que les diera más tiempo, luego que no, que siempre si los habían conseguido, pero que mi impresora estaba mal y ya no se podía hacer nada), me daban muchísimas largas y/o pretextos (¡¡de verdad un montón!!) al final evidentemente no quedó y me la regresaron junto con el dinero pero tres meses después y súuuuuper pésimo el servicio al cliente, de verdad no lo recomiendo para nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, les suguiero consultar con otros locales sobre los precios y sus servicios ya que se aprovecha de la ignorancia de uno y también reafirmen el precio que les cobra ya que sin factura según no te cobra el iva, pero cuando te hace la entrega y cobra, te incluye el iva aunque no hayas pedido la factura.
Terrible service, I suggest you check with other places about the prices and their services since they take advantage of one's ignorance and also reaffirm the price they are charged since without an invoice, they do not charge VAT, but when they make the delivery and charges, it includes VAT even if you have not requested the invoice.
