G	Gabriel Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cada que llamas te dejan esperando de 20 a 30 minutos y te cortan la llamada cuando les plazca, venden equipos usados como si fueran nuevos y tardan meses en responderte por alguna garantía, mucho cuidado si haces alguna compra como empresa como fue mi caso ya que las garantías no se te resolverán y te meterás en líos innecesarios. Terrible service, every time you call they leave you waiting for 20 to 30 minutes and they cut the call when they want, they sell used equipment as if they were new and they take months to answer you for any guarantee, be very careful if you make a purchase as a company like my case since the guarantees will not be resolved and you will get into unnecessary trouble.

Acudí 5 minutos antes y ya no me enseñaron ni el producto porque supuestamente ya no habían podido sacar la laptop de la bodega. Leyendo tantos comentarios negativos veo que no es un caso aislado Terrible service. They have no respect for the customer. I asked for information by phone and they make an appointment to make the sale. I went 5 minutes before and they no longer showed me the product because supposedly they had no longer been able to get the laptop out of the warehouse. Reading so many negative comments I see that it is not an isolated case
O	Osvaldo Glz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero me enviaron a una dirección equivocada, luego corrigieron pero se tardó muchísimo en llegar. El producto que me enviaron no tenía las características que me habían dicho que tenia, aunque si se parecía. Nunca me enviaron un teclado y un mouse, aunque marqué y me dijeron que si se habían equivocado y que me lo enviarían como 5 veces. No lo recomiendo nada. First they sent me to the wrong address, then they corrected but it took a long time to arrive. The product they sent me did not have the characteristics they had told me I had, although it did look alike. They never sent me a keyboard and a mouse, although I dialed and they told me that if they were wrong and that they would send it to me like 5 times. I do not recommend anything.

A	Argelia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo compré hace unos 4 años mi laptop con ellos por mercado libre, me dijeron que no tenía Bluetooth pero sí tenía :S jaja, estoy contenta con mi equipo pero igual y se deberían informar mucho más sobre lo que tiene cada compu. Yo pregunté si tenía cd/dvd y si tenía memoria de 750gb, me contestaron: sí. Pero no tenía la entrada cd/dvd y me dijeron que ellos contestaron "sí" a la memoria y se deslindaron de lo demás. Esa actitud no me gustó y apresar de q mi producto funcionó estos cuatro años... H	Humberto Isaias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren con este proveedor, en mayo adquiri un celular y al poco tiempo tuve problemas con la pantalla, tarde 1 mes en contactar a la empresa porque no conestaban llamadas ni mensajes de correo, les envie el celular a garantia y me culparon por supuesta manipulacion ¡CUIDADO, LOS EQUIPOS ESTAN MAL Y ELLOS ACABAN SABOTENANDOLOS!, espero que a los que les alla pasado esto acudan a PROFECO.
