Llevé mi laptop guiado por su calificación en este medio. Diagnostico efectivo mas no puntual, me dieron una fecha tentativa de diagnostico y fue un poco después, me hubiera gustado recibir un mensaje en ese inter en el que se me mencionara que continuaban trabajando, cuando me dieron el diagnostico me indicaron que la pieza la podían reparar, por el tipo de pieza pregunté si tal vez seria más conveniente sustituir la pieza, me dijeron que cualquiera de los dos y por costos accedí a la reparación una semana después me indican que prefieren no tomar el riesgo de repararlo por los daños que presentaba la pieza por lo que preferí ir por mi equipo, se me ocurrió preguntar durante la entrega si contaban con el "case" para convertir el disco duro a externo, no contaban con el pero como estaba el deposito por diagnostico que toman a tu favor si reparas con ellos acepté y dejé mi disco duro en lo que conseguían la pieza, después de un mes mandé mensaje para preguntar si tenían alguna actualización al respecto solo respondieron que continuaban trabajando y que una vez lo consiguieran ellos me avisaban, pasó un segundo mes y pregunté nuevamente, mi sorpresa fue que basado en sus respuestas pude identificar que ya ni siquiera se acordaban que tenían mi disco duro y por ende no estaban consiguiendo la pieza. Desde la primera semana de diagnostico pude identificar que no hay algún tipo de seguimiento para al menos informarte "seguimos trabajando" te avisan cuando ya tienen diagnostico. No vuelvo y tampoco los recomiendo ya que perdí cerca de 3 meses y la pieza ya la pude conseguir aparte.

From the first week of diagnosis I could identify that there is no type of follow-up to at least inform you "we continue working" they notify you when they have a diagnosis. I do not return and I do not recommend them either, since I lost about 3 months and I could already get the piece separately.

Desde que llegué me hicieron esperar 30 min, dejé mi laptop el 4 de diciembre pra checar mi central de carga. Me comentaron que tenía que pagar el diagnóstico y dejar mi laptop, lo cual estuve de acuerdo. Sin embargo, no cumplieron con la fecha de diagnóstico y tampoco cumplían con responder el WhatsApp. Hoy 16 de diciembre fui a recoger mi laptop porque por fin me dijeron cuál era el motivo, igual tenía que ir hoy esté o no esté arreglado porque fueron 12 días de espera. Consideren este tiempo cuando vayan a dejar su laptop. Tampoco me la entregaron limpia, adjunto fotos.

Tenía altas espectativas por que me recomendaron mucho este lugar para reparar mi lap, pero no recibí más que escusas, que pena, después de un mes de haber dejado mi portátil solo hicieron "pruebas" de una supuesta reparación que al final de todo no me cobraron "según" por que la reparación no resultó, pero bueno.
I had high expectations because this place was highly recommended to me to repair my lap, but I received nothing but excuses, what a shame, after a month of leaving my laptop they only did "tests" of a supposed repair that at the end of everything I did not they charged "according to" because the repair did not work, but good.

Lleve mi macbook a arreglar por que se mojo. Hicieron la tina termica por 600 y despues para arreglar el logicboard eran 6000 sin garantia porque para ese proceso "no podian". Me la lleve a miami un mes despues y le hicieron el baño otra vez y la arreglaron incluyendo 3 meses de garantia por 3000 lol.
I took my macbook to fix why it got wet. They made the thermal tub for 600 and later to fix the logicboard there were 6000 without guarantee because for that process "they could not". Desde el primer dia fueron informativos y claros , los dias que tomaron para arreglar mi Huawei fueron exactos , me llamaron con el seguimiento y el celular funciona como nuevo despues de que me lo entregaron. Un excelente servicio a muy buen precio. Lo recomiendo.

Don’t bother taking your electronics here. I brought both my laptop and iPhone here, and after they have held it for over 2.5 weeks, and give me no updates on WhatsApp. When I arrive on the day I tell them I will come to pick up, nothing has been done for either unit. They tell me I need a new motherboard for my computer and a new logic board for my phone. They don’t repair here. They only replace. Come on, where can you get an after market motherboard for an obscure laotop? Basically, they will charge you and arm and a leg to “replace” the motherboard, when in reality they want an excuse to bill you hundreds of dollars to reflow a motherboard or replace a capacitor. I paid almost $80 for them to tell me they can only replace. Don’t waste your time or effort coming down here unless all you want is to replace a cracked screen, and you can get that done anywhere nowadays.
