La verdad al inicio me enamore con su servicio ya que me tuvieron mi celular de un día para el otro... pero cuando pase por el equipo, presentaba muchas fallas en la pantalla y a los 4 días de tener el equipo se apago la pantalla y se los lleve, me comentaron que lo iban a revisar. Al pasar los días me decían que tenia una cosa y que al final tenia otra cosa y así me han tenido por todo un mes y me empezaron a decir que el equipo presentaba fallas porque alguien mas lo había intervenido y les comente que no y mucho menos porque no quería perder mi garantía... ahora ya después de un mes recogí mi celular no funciona, en pocas palabras no le hicieron nada de reparación y que aparte quedo peor de lo que lo deje, no carga y no da sonido el equipo.

lleve mi celular hace aproximadamente 6 meses y apenas hoy me lo dieron. primero me dijeron que me iban a cotizar como durante 2 meses y que no encontraban sabe que pieza. me regresaron mi celular quemado por dentro y con el cristal de atras del iphone 8 estrellado cuando yo lo di intacto por el exterior

PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Mi error fue no leer las opiniones antes de llevar mi laptop a reparar. Muy impuntuales para darte diagnóstico y "servicio". Te cobran por hacerle más daño a tu equipo que el que ya trae. Terminan diciéndote que no tienen la pieza y te la deja inservible. Me cobraron carísimo por echarme a perder más componentes de mi laptop. La llevé a otra parte y me dijeron que habían hecho una "mexicanada" en el servicio anterior y prácticamente me la dejaron inservible. Qué importante es leer las opiniones antes. ¡Ni hablar!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. My mistake was not reading reviews before taking my laptop for repair. Too late to give you diagnosis and "service". They charge you for doing more damage to your team than it already brings. They end up telling you that they don't have the piece and it leaves you useless. They charged me dearly for spoiling more components of my laptop. I took it to another part and they told me that they had made a "Mexican" in the previous service and they practically left it useless. How important it is to read the opinions before. No way!

OJO con este lugar, lleve un celular a reparar porque no prendía ni cargaba me dijeron que lo tenían que revisar y que la reparación era muy costosa, que le fallaban muchas cosas y que tardarían un mes en repararlo, me dió desconfianza y mejor fui por el, igual me cobraron porque según ellos lo habían desarmado para revisarlo incluso dijeron que lo habían pegado para que las piezas no quedarán flojas (eso me molestó). Lo lleve a otro sitio donde me dijeron que el teléfono no tenía nada, solo le hacía falta mas carga y ahí mismo lo prendieron, además de confirmar que el celular nisiquiera fue manipulado. No le revisaron nada. CUIDADO porque en ese negocio no son honestos.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con ellos, dejé mi celular y por una empleada que laboro ahí, mágicamente desapareció, la dueña me ofreció un crédito "en servicios" cuando lo que perdieron fue un equipo, la empleada ya no labora ahí y en lo particular, ya no llevo equipos a reparar a ese negocio. No digo que así sea con todos, obviamente sólo comento mi experiencia. Varios meses un diciéndome que no encontraban la pieza, luego que ya no estaba ahí, que se había ido a una bodega, luego a otra y al final, me culpaban porque lo había dejado más tiempo de lo que la garantía de reparación cubría. Así fue la experiencia y la resolución arriba descrita, no acepté esos servicios, tuve que adquirir un equipo nuevo.
