Terrible service My friends and I went to eat, after they took a long time to bring us the food and the accessories, we asked for a frappe which they gave us at the tip of snow, without a straw and instead they gave us a spoon. But the worst thing was when the bill arrived, the marked amount was paid and since the service was not the best we only wanted to give $50 pesos in cash, we told the boy who attended us and everything was fine. When leaving and being in the street, the waiter ran out shouting that money had been missing, he told us that it was not mandatory to leave 10% but the kitchen required 10% for preparing food and washing dishes... so? If I don't pay they don't wash or they don't serve you food? which this act made us feel harassed and uncomfortable since we were on a public road and people saw us as thieves since they yelled at us that they lack money in the account. I hope you can review your service so that people who decide to eat with you again can have a pleasant experience and not feel harassed and treated like thieves.
