De ahí en fuera el menú es decepcionante, principalmente las papás que ya las tienen medio fritas y las vuelven a sumergir en aceite, es verdaderamente asqueroso.
Las papas (francesa, gajo o waffle) se fríen desde cero y en una sola sesión, no en dos pues la grasa se impregna y es sumamente dañina.
Las alitas tenían plumas, y además estaban choquillentas.
En cuanto a la atención son muy amables, eso no se niega pero TAAAAAAAARDAN una eternidad, si van a atender un negocio es mejor que no se distraigan con el celular.
Ojalá algún día mejoren, porque al paso que van se quedarán sin clientes.
Es un buen negocio, sólo hay que atenderlo bien.
Duelo de este negocio; si ves esto, no es para que te enojes y te encierres en tu burbuja de necedad, sino para que le pongas empeño y hagas bien las cosas. En serio, es muy desagradable volver a freír algo que ya estaba frito o medio frito.
PD:. Si puedes hazte de un local, porque dónde estás hay una coladera y con la lluvia sale todo y es insalubre.
