★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedí a domicilio parece que me mandaron las sobras con todo respeto sus alitas están pésimas además del servicio muy tardado no recomendable si tienen hambre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es mala, el tiempo de espera es bastante y el producto deja mucho que decir, compre una hamburguesa de sirloin ... y era una torta plana con Algún ingrediente rezagado, nada que ver con su imgen de carta. No lo recomiendo ... les comparto lo que pedí y lo que recibí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sabores son buenos y tienen variedad (alitas). Sin embargo el servicio deja mucho qué desear, son extremadamente lentos ya sea que comes ahí (40-50 minutos aprox) o sea para llevar (te dicen que el pedido está en 37 minutos y tardan más!). Si no tienen la capacidad de hacer las cosas a tiempo el personal debería de ser aumentado o en su defecto cambiado.
The flavors are good and they have variety (wings). However, the service leaves much to be desired, they are extremely slow whether you eat there (40-50 minutes approx) or take away (they tell you that the order is in 37 minutes and they take longer!). If they do not have the ability to do things on time, the staff should be increased or changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron 1 hora en darnos nuestra orden, el lugar es demaciado pequeño, le dan mucha prioridad a los Uber eat, Rappi, las alitas sabían a aceite viejo, las hamburguesas estaban muy chafas, me gustaron los dedos de queso.
It took them 1 hour to give us our order, the place is too small, they give a lot of priority to Uber eats, Rappi, the wings tasted like old oil, the burgers were very cheesy, I liked the cheese fingers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condicionan tu asiento. No puedes escoger libremente tu mesa (independiente de la sana distancia entre mesas). Quizá me tocó mala suerte porque me dieron mala atención respecto a la información del menú. Si van a comer al bufette, es a fuerza que todos los de la mesa deben comer bufette. Existe desconfianza de que si uno pide y el otr@ no, se le comparta de las alitas. Mal ahí.
No probé el alimento, desde la atención me bastó para irme.
They condition your seat. You cannot freely choose your table (regardless of the healthy distance between tables). Perhaps I was unlucky because they gave me bad attention regarding the information on the menu. If they are going to eat at the buffet, it is by force that everyone at the table must eat buffet. There is mistrust that if one asks and the other doesn't, they will share the wings. Bad there.
I did not try the food, from the attention it was enough for me to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, si es para consumir en el establecimiento cero recomendable, tardan más de 40 min en preparar pedido y lo envían a otra mesa, se dan cuenta de su equivocacion hasta que vas a preguntar.
Con respecto a los alimentos no puedo poner calificación, no los probé debido a que rechace mi comida, después de que el personal la fue a dejar a otra mesa por equivocación y estuvo expuesta a otros comensales sin cubrebocas (en tiempo de COVID enero 2022), pero por las calificaciones debe ser bueno.
Cómo recomendación contraten personal competente, es perdida de ingreso tener gente mal capacitada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las alitas las dan bien doraditas, bien ricas, en mi opinión tienen la mayor variedad de salsas, y todas están chidas, las que dicen que pican, si pican y de a madre, buenas promos, buen sabor y a buen precio. Muy recomendadas para ir a gordear
