Just want to start out that I went with my son to go wash his hands in the bathroom before we ate out food, but instead of soap dispensing from the dispenser, out came pure alcohol which eventually ended up giving my son a small rash since he’s very sensitive and besides, no alcohol should ever touch a toddler’s skin.
Next came our food. The grilled chicken breast we ordered for our son was raw. Once we were finally able to tell someone (our table was being ignored so I had to stand up and literally tap a worker which ended up being the manager on the shoulder and interrupt their conversation) I led the manager to our table and showed him the raw chicken that his staff had given my son and requested another one. Not five minutes later my son’s chicken came back (same one) completely dry and chewy which is a huge no since he could end up choking. We immediately paid our bill, left no tip and never went back. Too many narcissists working there.
