Sin espinaca ni cebolla y las papas de las que venden en puesto Callejero. Pésima atención de las dos mesetas nunca se ofrecieron a rellenar nuestro vaso de limonada. Necesitan urgentemente un curso de atención al cliente! En mi vida vuelvo a este restaurante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente pésimo servicio, la parte de la comida diré que esta regular, pero el servicio por parte de los meseros es malísimo, nos tardaron en sentar, nos tardaron en servir, pedí una 2da cerveza y nunca me la trajeron pero si fueron buenos para ponerla en el ticket, de verdad que no lo recomiendo.
Honestly terrible service, the part of the food I will say is fair, but the service from the waiters is terrible, they took us to sit down, they took us to serve, I asked for a 2nd beer and they never brought it to me but they were good to put it on the ticket, I really don't recommend it.

Después de 7 meses la limonada sigue igual sin sabor? aparte publicidad engañosa, en costó y calidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer viendo los comentarios; no han mejorado nada en lo absoluto en la sucursal de galerias valle oriente.
Van cuatro veces que he querido cenar en el establecimiento a las 9:00 PM y solo he tenido negativas como la del día de hoy o comer apuradamente porque ya quieren cerrar, cosa que yo no entiendo si dicen que cierran a las 11:00.
Apparently seeing the comments; They have not improved at all in the Valle Oriente gallery branch.
There are four times that I have wanted to have dinner at the establishment at 9:00 PM and I have only had refusals like today's or eating in a hurry because they already want to close, which I do not understand if they say they close at 11:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es deficiente al tomar la orden tardaron mas de 10min con el restaurante vacio..... despues tardaron mas de 30 min en servirnos los platillos , en sabor ya no es el mismo de antes que lastima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un búffalo sándwich a la parrilla y esto fue lo que me trajeron. Más quemado creo que no se pudo. Nada qué ver con la foto de su menú.
En cuanto el servicio al cliente lo calificó como "PESIMO". Estaba prácticamente vacío y todos los meseros solo platicando entre ellos y de flojos.
La mesera qué nos atendió tardaba muchísimo en regresar le pedíamos las cosas y nunca regresaba. Mi esposo se enojo porque al pagar si fue buena en cobrar 1 cerveza qué se le pidió y nunca llevo, por su puesto que le reclamamos.
No lo recomiendo.
Si voy a comer y pasar un rato agradable será en otro lugar porque aquí jamás regresamos.
I ordered a grilled buffalo sandwich and this was what they brought me. More burned I think it could not. Nothing to do with the photo of your menu.
As far as customer service rated it "PESIMO". It was practically empty and all the waiters just talking to each other and lazy.
The waitress who took care of us took a long time to return, we asked her for things and she never came back. My husband got angry because when paying if he was good at collecting 1 beer that was asked of him and I never take, of course we claim him.
I do not recommend it.
If I am going to eat and have a good time it will be in another place because here we never return.
